Registration Fees

All participants must register and pay the appropriate fee, including invited speakers and chairpersons. Payment must be made before 31st March 2025 for an early-registration discount. Please note that the discount depends on the payment time, not the registration time.

Registration is required for admission to the conference. Admission to the conference is granted only upon receipt of the registration fee. Delegates who have made late payments should bring proof of payment to the conference for registration check-in.  

Post-doctoral researchers, fellows, and exhibitors should register as Full Delegate registration option. Students working toward a diploma or PhD should choose the Student option and pay for the student registration fee.

JACoW Account

Registration for IBIC 2025 will be managed using the JACoW-Indico system. All delegates must own a profile and associated account within the JACoW Repository, prior to registration. Use this link and follow the instructions to check whether you already own a JACoW profile and associated account. Create a profile if necessary.  

Once logged into the JACoW Central Repository Profile, please check to confirm that the data in your JACoW profile is up to date, especially your e-mail address and affiliation. Do this by clicking on the “Modify Your Profile” link.  

Companions

Companions can be added to the registration to get access to the welcome reception, conference banquet dinner and the Daresbury Laboratory visit at an additional cost of £200.

Cancellation and Refund Policy  

Any changes and cancellations must be communicated in writing to the IBIC 2025 Local Organising Committee at [email protected]. For cancellations, pre-paid registration fees are refundable less a £100 processing fee if notification of cancellation is received in writing by 31st July 2025. Cancellations after 31st July 2025 will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee; however, a substitute registrant will be accepted. This policy also applies to companions. Refunds may be granted for no-shows under extenuating circumstances at the sole discretion of the IBIC 2025 organisers. Refunds will be made by credit card or bank transfer, depending on the original payment method. This policy also applies to extra tickets for outings and social functions.

Please do not send sensitive information by e-mail such as bank account, credit card, driver’s license, identity card or passport numbers. Such information should be submitted only through the secure registration website or mail.
